An excellent session today with some great participation and progress from everyone involved!
Focus is on passing and awareness of others and space. Today’s drills:
Bulldog - speed, movement, anticipation
Bulldog with ball - as above but includes passing accuracy for the taggers
Passing through posts - accuracy and weight of pass
Defender in posts - as above but adds opposition player to think about
Zonal matches - brings the session together and promotes passing, awareness and team play
Good work by everyone as we progressed through the session.
