Loxwood and Kirdford Youth FC 2024/25 Registration
Please complete this form fully to register your child for the 2024/25 season at LKYFC.
The process is largely the same as the last couple of seasons, and is summarised below.
The rates for the 2024/25 season are as follows :
U7 - £100
U8-U10 - £130
U11-U13 - £150
U14-U16 - £180
We are offering an ‘early bird’ discount of around 10% for registration received until July 1st with fees as follows :
U7 - £90
U8-U10 - £115
U11-U13 - £135
U14-U16 - £160.
For girls at all age ranges are fees are £120 for the season with an early bird discount to £110 for subscriptions received before July 1st.
Our subscription includes costs for maintenance of our pitches, coaches fees and development, League administration costs, insurance, provision of equipment and matchday referees. The fee also allows for winter training facilities for some of the older age groups.
Our fees do not include provision of kit – details on how to order kit is on the relevant webpage on the website. Some age groups organise sponsors to pay for the kit and equipment for an age group so if this is of interest to you please let the club know. In addition, our fees do not include costs for summer tournaments which are normally paid for directly per age group.
These prices will be held as the ‘early bird discount’ until July 1st when they will increase by £15 across all age groups.
PAYMENT
1. Payment occurs at time of registration. This makes it easier for you (only one form) and easier for us to track and process registrations.

2. A portrait of your child should be uploaded for registration with the league (max 5Mb)
FOOTBALL YEAR GROUP
3. Please pick the football year group carefully! This drives lots of activity inside the club, including connecting you with the right coaches, pitches, etc, so it's really important to get right. If your child is already in a team, then the new age group is simply one more than last year. If not, the age group is determined by your child's age on August 31 2023. e.g. if they are 10 on this date, you should choose Under 11. If your child plays in the Girls' specialist teams, please pick the Girls variant of the age group in the list.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
4. We continue to offer a 50% discount for second (and subsequent) children in a family. Please register your oldest child as normal and then enter one of these discount codes at checkout for 50% discount for subsequent, younger children. e.g. if you have a 10 year old and a 7 year old; please register the 10 year old at full price then the 7 year old with the discount code. If you use a discount code incorrectly, your child will not be registered properly! Discount codes are CASE SENSITIVE.
