Loxwood 3 v 4 Bookham Colts Barbarians

A cup game against a side from league 2 who were unbeaten going into this one!!. And yet again this was a tight game which was great to watch!!
Loxwood started well with Tom scoring with a cool lob to make it 1-0. Following some lovely football, Charlie then coolly slotted home to make it 2-0 before Bookham brought one back just before half time. Then Bookham scored 2 to take the lead before Liam scored from long distance to make it 3-3. Finally in the last quarter it was end to end stuff before Bookham nicked the winner with a few minutes left. Then in the final few minutes Magpies piled forward but to no avail. Bookham did break a few times but were stopped manfully by Neo in goal with some fabulous goalkeeping.
A great entertaining game yet again!! Unlucky boys!!
