Albury Falcons 2-3 Loxwood
The last kick of the game ensured our 100% start to the season was maintained. We were 2 nil behind with only 1 quarter to play and what a come back it was.
It started with a goal from Joe running down the left and shooting in from a tight angle.
The boys got themselves back in their own half raring to get the game going again quickly!
A kick out of the hands from Charlie in the goal set up our second goal with Alex running through and Cooley slotting home.
At 2-2 with only about 2 minutes to go you would have thought the draw was enough but such was the determination of the boys they wanted the victory. With the last kick of the game the victory was what we got. The ball fell to Leo on the edge of the box who remained calm to casually place it past the goalkeeper.
The celebrations of the boys after the whistle was a moment to savour as they were so ecstatic with the come back they achieved and rightly so!
