Loxwood and Kirdford Youth FC 2022/23 Registration
Please complete this form fully to register your child for the 2022/23 season at LKYFC. The process is largely the same as the last couple of seasons, and is summarised below.
PAYMENT
1. Payment occurs at time of registration. This makes it easier for you (only one form) and easier for us to track and process registrations.
PLAYER PHOTOS
2. A portrait of your child should be uploaded for registration with the league (max 5Mb)
FOOTBALL YEAR GROUP
3. Please pick the football year group carefully! This drives lots of activity inside the club, including connecting you with the right coaches, pitches, etc, so it's really important to get right. If your child is already in a team, then the new age group is simply one more than last year. If not, the age group is determined by your child's age on August 31 2021. e.g. if they are 10 on this date, you should choose Under 11. If your child plays in the Girls' specialist teams, please pick the Girls variant of the age group in the list.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
4. We continue to offer a 50% discount for second (and subsequent) children in a family. Please register your oldest child as normal and then enter one of these discount codes at checkout for 50% discount for subsequent, younger children. e.g. if you have a 10 year old and a 7 year old; please register the 10 year old at full price then the 7 year old with the discount code. If you use a discount code incorrectly, your child will not be registered properly! Discount codes are CASE SENSITIVE.

- SIBLINGU8910 - for Under 8, Under 9 and Under 10
- SIBLINGU11+ - for Under 11 and above

Please note that playing kit is not included in the registration fee. This can be ordered directly from our supplier.
